Awesome service, found a gorgeous log cabin for my family to stay in over Christmas. Exactly what we were looking for --- rustic but elegant, spacious, mountain views, walking trails, pool table, fireplaces, gourmet kitchen. Also gave us driving directions and things to do in the area. Even helped us get a Christmas tree for the place! Would never plan another vacation in the mountains without you!

Our place was sweet and the location was killer!!! Just a block from slopes. The place comfortably fit 8 of us and wasn't badly furnished for the price. Wasn't bad at all!!!  I plan to keep you on my speed dial for any travel needs!!! I've also passed out your info to everyone else in the group plus some of my family that comes up each year.

John.thanks so much for the ski passes and hotel, for our trip on the 25th feband onward, everything was awesome..and were going back next yearHopefully I can call you to arrange everythingas your knowledge was exceptional..and the stewpot was lovelywe are partiers..and had a great timewell we partied until 8pm most nights..but made it until 11pm one night. lol  

 

Next yearwe would do snowmass againand then go into AspenI have totally bragged about you to everyone,  and will continue to do so.  Do you do things for the summer also?  Thanks again..your on my favorites in my lists..

Wanted to let you know that Four Mountain Sports was a great customer experience for us while we were in Aspen.  They made sure we had comfortable equipment and went out of their way to divide up our rental days even though our equipment was at 2 different stores.

John - thanks for setting us up at Copper One and Copper Mountain; we had a great time. We loved the location of Copper One. Our condo 306 was perfectly sized and its balcony overlooking the entrance to the plaza was nice. We will stay at Copper One again. We were very pleased but do have a comment on the furnishings. We peeked into 310 across the hall and were able to make a comparison. The furnishings in our condo were out dated - old TVs in particular. Condo 310 had all flat screen LCD TVs and more modern furniture. It was similar in layout to ours, but with a counter/bar instead of a dining table. View wasn't as nice as ours.

 

The management was top notch. We had to ask for a replacement toaster and plumbing service and both calls were answered promptly and courteously. 

 

The "Secret Pass" lift tickets were great! As were the $100 in food coupons. All in all, a great stay.

 

I asked the management if we could see layouts of some other condos and they weren't willing or able to do so. We are seriously considering returning in 2012.
