Refunds

Multi-day lift ticket purchases are refundable at 80% of the value paid up until 24 hours prior to your product start date back to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Alternatively, all passes are subject to the Aspen Lift Ticket Guarantee. You may elect to store 100% of your purchase price in the form of an in-resort credit with Aspen Skiing Company that may be used towards future purchases up until the end of the following ski season. Note that the credit is transferable. Please contact us with any questions. Note that online processing fess are non-refundable. 

 

Aspen Snowmass Guarantee/ RSVP Credit

The Aspen Snowmass Guarantee provides guests the opportunity to return partially-used lift tickets, within 14 days of expiration, and receive an in resort credit toward future Aspen Skiing Company purchases. When unused days are put into an In Resort Credit account, guests receive monetary credit of the per day price of the unused days. Guests have the current season plus the season immediately following to use their credit. The credit may be used toward purchases of lift tickets, season passes, ski and snowboard school tickets, Four Mountain Sports rentals (credit is not valid on merchandise purchases.) Credits are transferable. Have a Credit from last season? When you purchase lift tickets, ski rentals or ski lessons through Ski Trip Advisors, you may apply your credit towards your purchase on our unrestricted products or if purchasing package tickets, you can receive cash back for your valid credits from the Aspen Skiing Company when picking up your new products.

Lift tickets added into your package require a minimum 7 day advance purchase.

 

Where Can I Ski on My Pass

Tickets are valid on all four mountains (Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk & Highlands).

 

Kids 6 & Under Ski Free

Children 6 and under ski FREE but still need a lift ticket.

 

8-14 day Passes are Available 

8 through 14 day lift tickets are available at the same per day price of the 7 day lift ticket.

 

How Long are My Passes Valid?

4+ day lift tickets include one "skip day".

Unrestricted Tickets

Unrestricted Tickets have no bundling requirements and can be booked up until 7 days prior to the pass start date. 

 

Package Tickets

Package tickets are heavily discounted tickets that are available to consumers who have purchased a package from Ski Trip Advisors consisting of lodging (located within the Aspen Snowmass/Roaring Fork Valley) and/or air transportation. Length of package lift ticket cannot exceed length of lodging (number of nights) in package. Package lift tickets must correspond with a valid lodging reservation; if lodging is cancelled, the lift ticket package is no longer valid and must be cancelled.

 

Promotional Package Products

Free day / promotional tickets are only available when booked in the same package with lodging properties offering either a free night or percentage discount. Only one promotion can be booked per reservation.  Contact us for details

 

Seniors 70+ 

Seniors ages 70 and over may purchase a Premier Silver Pass, with unlimited use on all four mountains. Call us for details.

 

Payment 

We require full payment when booking inside of 45 days prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required if booking outside of 45 days prior to arrival.
